This is a living collection of resources supporting the fourth class of my EMBA course Personal Effectiveness in which we apply the Emotional Intelligence lens to understand our own Relationship building and management styles. We look at what a Relationship is in the professional context. We focus on how to build Trust and Resilient Relationships in different contexts and cultures. We look at the relationships between boss and direct report, and consider how we may use and develop relationships with other superiors, peers, subordinates and other business partners.
